Coleman Goodemote Construction Company is happy to be working with CEO, Andy Clark, who owns Sunshine Plaza in South Daytona. Sunshine Plaza is one of Daytona’s oldest malls and is in the process of a complete makeover and is located at 2400 S. Ridgewood Avenue, South Daytona, FL 32119.
The Plaza houses the area’s only Ice-Skating Arena, which has just received a grand renovation. Coleman Goodemote Construction is happy to be a part of the ice rink’s makeover and the many other renovations that the mall is undergoing. The 28-acre, 480,000-square-foot leasing space also offers offices, retail shops, restaurants, and a Publix grocery store. Pictures of the newly renovated Ice rink are below:
